Yes. You keep your current domain and connect it to Microsoft 365 during setup. You need a domain for email like name@company.com. No domain yet? We can register one for you.
Your current email keeps working during setup. We verify the domain and prepare user accounts before changing mail delivery. When you are ready, your domain's email settings (MX records) are changed so new messages arrive in Microsoft 365.
Yes. Your website and hosting stay where they are. During email setup, we change the relevant email records in your domain's DNS settings.
Yes. We can help migrate email from Google Workspace and other providers. The data that can be moved depends on the source system: an IMAP migration copies email, while calendars, contacts and files need a suitable migration method. We agree the scope before starting.
Yes, with a compatible app and the right licence. Business Standard and Business Premium include desktop Outlook and other desktop Microsoft 365 apps; Business Basic includes web and mobile apps. If you already own Outlook, we check its version and licence before setup.
The time depends on the number of users, access to your domain settings and your current email setup. We confirm the schedule before starting. Moving existing email takes extra time, depending on the amount of data and the source provider.
Yes. Your Microsoft 365 stays exactly as it is. Only your billing moves to Canagon.
